Cashless card
To make your experience easier, food and beverage purchases will be made with a cashless card. There is no minimum top-up amount, and you can load it with cash, credit card, or debit card.
Where to pick it up and top it up?
At any of the fixed or self-service cashier points spread throughout Jockey Club.
What if I have credit left?
Refunds of any remaining balance are 100% online and free of fees. Just request it from 02/14/2026 to 03/01/2026. Refunds will be processed within 30 calendar days from the date of your refund request.
Valid for all days?
Yes! The card is valid for the entire event. So if you come on more than one day, just bring it again.
Attention
Foreign visitors without a CPF must collect their cards at fixed cashier points and will receive any remaining balance on-site during the event.
