What is it?
Eventim.PASS is more than a digital ticket – it’s a practical and secure solution designed exclusively for you.
How does it work?
With Eventim.PASS, your ticket is linked to your profile and available exclusively in the app, in the “My Events” section.
Your QR Code (Eventim.PASS) will be available only 24 hours before the event, exclusively in the Eventim app.
- Entry will not be possible using printed tickets or screenshots.
- The number of transfers for your tickets is limited and disabled on the day of the event. Make any necessary transfers in advance.
- An Eventim team will be at the entrance to your event for any questions.
The QR Code generated in the app ensures security, reducing the risk of fraud and loss. Just open the app at event time and you’re set!
Eventim.PASS keeps your tickets protected against cloning. All processes happen directly in the app, offering a much safer experience for you.
