Rio Open - 12th Edition
Trophy 2025
A symbol of victory with a Carioca soul
Like major international tournaments that invite some of the world’s most renowned jewelry houses to create their trophies, Rio Open sought a great name to design a piece that would stand out among the sport’s icons: award-winning Rio-born jewelry designer Antonio Bernardo.
The Rio Open trophy blends sophistication and creativity. Inspired by the dynamic shapes of the tennis net, the ball, and the iconic Sugarloaf Mountain, its design is a tribute to beauty and movement — qualities that define both the sport and the city. “I kept exploring movement and waves until we reached the desired result: the net, the hill, and the ball,” explained the designer.
By winning this trophy, the athlete raises a true symbol of prestige — one that goes beyond the courts, becoming a landmark of achievements and dreams fulfilled.
